Outpatient Care
We offer care at two office locations to manage chronic kidney disease and other kidney-related conditions in the outpatient setting. Our providers see patients by referral only and work closely with them to manage ongoing, non-urgent chronic kidney concerns.
Inpatient Care
Our providers consult on patients needing their services in a critical setting who are admitted to Atrium Health Cleveland Regional Medical Center.
Dialysis
Our providers deliver ongoing care and management for dialysis patients in collaboration with the medical staff at dialysis units throughout Cleveland and Rutherford counties.
