We use Quest Diagnostics to draw and process our labs. They are an outside company that provides phlebotomists to our offices during our office hours that draw and send off patient bloodwork to be processed and the results sent back to us. Because of this, labs cannot be completed and resulted on the day of a patient’s appointment. We also do not bill the patients directly for these services. Any outstanding balances not covered by insurance will be mailed directly from Quest Diagnostics to the patient. We have several excellent lab techs that do everything within their power to accommodate our patients.
Our lab hours are as follows:
Shelby Office Location: 8:30am-11:15am or 1:00pm-4:30pm Monday-Thursday and 8:30am-2:00pm on Fridays
Rutherford Office Location: 8:30am-11:15am or 1:00pm-4:30pm Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Our office conducts non-invasive imaging via Sonocare on Mondays of every week in our Shelby location and every second Friday of every month in our Rutherford location. This testing consists of Ultrasounds done externally and painlessly over the skin. These tests do require withholding all food or drink other than water six hours prior to the imaging. This company conducts their own billing to our patients and any outstanding balances will be sent directly from them.
